Our aim is to link with employers to understand training needs, to provide relevant training and develop a talented workforce for Tyne & Wear and its businesses.

Whether you want to train and develop existing staff or take on new people to strengthen your workforce, the collective can help. We will work with you to analyse your individual training needs and to design flexible solutions to meet those needs.

The Training

One of the advantages of the collective is the wide range of programmes we can
offer, everything from accountancy to administration, construction to customer care, hairdressing to hospitality, management to motor vehicle repair/service and team leading to transport and logistics.

The training is delivered both on and off the job by qualified trainers, using the latest computer based training techniques, and is customised to your needs.

We offer Apprenticeships, National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), bespoke short courses and Adult Apprenticeships, all delivered to national standards. Our training is delivered via our specialist vocational training teams.
